Ohana Masuoka Development Company Limited is the Joint Venture company launched by the share of 51% Cambodian and 49% Japanese legal entities.

In 2019, the Ministry of Economy and Finance started licensing system to all land lot projects for the purpose to protect customers with the Prakas 089, we became the first licensee in this Kingdom.
